Position Overview:
We’re seeking dedicated team members to join our garden installation crew for the 2025 season. While the role will primarily focus on garden installations, there may be occasional involvement in garden maintenance. You’ll be working outdoors in all weather conditions, so physical stamina is key (lifting 50-60 lbs and frequent kneeling or squatting). The season runs from early May through late October, with workdays typically falling on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. As part of our small but growing company, there’s ample opportunity to take on leadership roles as you develop your skills and expertise. 

Day in the Life:

• Load up and head out to job sites with your crew.
• Dive into tasks like vegetation removal, grading, building with hardscape and softscape materials, planting, and occasional maintenance.
• Collaborate with your team and bring positive energy to the workday.
• If you know your Minnesota native plants and can spot invasive species, we’d love that!
• Experience driving a truck and trailer? Not required, but if you’re interested, we’ll teach you! Transportation and a clean driver’s license are required.

• Nature Lovers Apply: If you have a passion for nature and the environment, we want you on our team! Previous experience in landscaping is a plus, but we’re more interested in your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Learn and Grow: This role offers great potential for growth! If you’re eager to develop your landscaping skills and step into more responsibility as we expand, this position could evolve into something more, including potential leadership roles.
• Seasonal & Part-Time Flexibility: We’re looking for someone who can commit to 24-32 hours a week from May through October, typically on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Work days are typically between 7:30 - 5pm. Flexibility is important as projects vary.
• Positive Vibes: A positive attitude and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces are essential to our team dynamic. We work hard but also make sure to enjoy the process and foster camaraderie along the way.

Location:
Our base is in South Minneapolis, and most of our projects are in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.

Salary:
$18-$23 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
